Our state-of-the-art Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) development facility 'soak tests' every device and component we sell: only if it meets our exceptionally high standards can it be accepted onto our market-leading two-year warranty programme.

Second owner Cisco equipment is fully refurbished. Any accessories are then added, and the unit is professionally re-packaged ready for despatch - all within 24 hours. Nearly all of our pre-owned and refurbished network equipment is sold in a new or 'as new' condition. We can provide detailed reports on the condition of any item, enabling you to make a truly informed decision.

Free Delivery

We believe we are one of the UK's fastest and most efficient Cisco delivery services. For instance, 'in stock' items can be delivered within the M25 corridor within two hours, or to Scotland and Wales within eight hours. Furthermore, we provide free mainland delivery on all next day orders above £1,500.

Two Year Warranty*

We offer an industry-leading two year warranty* on all of our refurbished products. This includes overnight advanced replacement and ongoing technical support from our CCIE and CCNA certified technicians. We aim to replace all equipment under warranty within 24 hours. If the item isn't in stock, please allow up to 72 hours. If a replacement isn't available in time, we may offer a temporary solution free of charge.

As an integral part of our commitment to both quality and our customers' peace of mind, we have achieved the high levels of quality control demanded by this standard. Go Communications received ISO 9001:2000 certification on 28th February 2008.

BS OHSAS 18001:2007 certified

As part of our commitment to best practice, safety and continual improvement, we achieved BS OHSAS 18001:2007 certification on 19th February 2009.
