Our state-of-the-art development facility, staffed by multi-vendor certified engineers, 'soak tests' every device and component we sell: only if it meets our exceptionally high standards can it be accepted onto our market-leading two-year warranty programme.
Second owner networking equipment is fully refurbished. Any accessories are then added, and the unit is professionally re-packaged ready for despatch - all within 24 hours. Nearly all of our pre-owned and refurbished network equipment is sold in a new or 'as new' condition. We can provide detailed reports on the condition of any item, enabling you to make a truly informed decision.

We believe we are one of the UK's fastest and most efficient networking equipment delivery services. For instance, 'in stock' items can be delivered within the M25 corridor within two hours, or to Scotland and Wales within eight hours.
Two year warranty*
We offer an industry-leading two year warranty* on all of our refurbished products. This includes overnight advanced replacement and ongoing technical support from our multi-vendor certified technicians. We aim to replace all equipment under warranty within 24 hours. If the item isn't in stock, please allow up to 72 hours. If a replacement isn't available in time, we may offer a temporary solution free of charge.
* Retail end-user clients only. Wholesale clients should contact their sales representative for wholesale warranty programmes.

To demonstrate our commitment to comply with legislation, a commitment to prevent pollution, and to continually improve an already effective environmental management system Go Communications achieved the ISO 14001:2015 certification on 26th June 2010.
ISO 45001:2018 certified
As part of our commitment to best practice, safety and continual improvement, we achieved ISO 45001:2018 certification on 19th February 2009.
