The UCSC-PCIE-CSC-02 is a product developed by CISCO. It is a PCIe adapter that improves the capabilities of Cisco UCS C-Series Rack Servers to provide benefits to businesses. It enhances the server's ability to support flexible virtualization and scalability needed by modern data centers. The adapter is designed to increase the server's I/O performance by supporting up to 40Gb Ethernet and 32Gb Fibre Channel connectivity. Through these inputs, the adapter helps in reducing latency and providing better responses to network requests, making the server more efficient in handling the workload. The adapter also supports advanced network features such as Jumbo Frames, Virtual Machine Device Queues (VMDq), and Cisco VN-Link technology, among others.
